Tempo Run Today:

Cold outside so I went all out in the beggining and then realized I needed to slow it down to kick it in for 4miles. I felt like I expended most of my energy in the first few miles because the last miles were rough. Also I need to evaluate the course I took bc the first 3 miles is a gradual incline which killed my average pace. I felt really out of breath and low on oxygen when I kept the 8:14 ave/pace goal up that incline.

Stats:

Lap 1: 9:32 (warm up)

Lap 2: 8:09 : )

Lap 3: 8:50

Lap 4: 8:37

Lap 5: 8:16 : )

Lap 6: 9:20 (cool down)
