I DID IT!  PR TODAY!!!! My goal is to get into an 8-8:30 min/mile for the Half Marathon! I ran an 8 miler at a 8:39 average pace! Took me 1hr 9min to complete. Cut off my min/mile time by 26 sec! I felt really good today. I ate pasta last night and chocolate right before bed. I know what you must be thinking but I believe it gave me the extra caffine kick to kill it. Also right before my run I had a Zipfizz energy boost. It made me feel great and I feel strong and not too tired after my run! Woot Woot!!
