I ran XC in Highschool and always ran for exercise and my sanity. I recently decided to become a more searious runner and shoot for a goal to run a half marathon in 2012. I've been running 6-8 mile runs at 8:30 min/mile with mile repeats to help train for endurance.
Not married, totally single and loving life, student at BYU. I'm in my Jr year working on a degree in Communications. Love running....Company always welcome : )
Back in the ZONE! after nursing a pretty crappy injury I decided to start training on my bike to keep me in marathon shape! Today I biked 7.6 miles and it FELT soooo good! Can't wait to hit the pavement and run again...and I'm almost there!!!!
