Kevin and I went 3.76mi today : ( He was doing great, I wasn't feeling it. This tendon thing is worse than I originally thought. Still made great time however! Averaged 9:12 which is better than my time for the 11 long run I was suppossed to take!  I need a REST day for sure.....Does anyone else feel like Rest days are boring???

Definatley take a rest day or a few. You don't want to seriously injure something and be out for a long time.

ICE ICE ICE! :) Miss ya!
