Today I ran for 6 miles to work up to my 13 mile half marathon goal. Here in Utah it stays pretty dark during the morning time so when faced with a fellow runner or walker the 'ol Good morning doesn't get to many smiles back. In cali people seemed way chipper. Probably  because it's not freezing cold and dark during the mornings in California. I feel like shouting "IT'S THE 6TH DAY OF THE YEAR" to people around here!!! Anywho I felt good today ran a 9:05 pace. Pushed my last mile strong. Trying hard to keep my miles under 9!

I'd say "HAPPY 6th DAY OF THE YEAR" to you! You're doing awesome! Keep it up. Come spring everyone will be happy again. 9:05 pace is great.
